- Obtained his certificate of conclusion of the Primary School in Jeddah
- He traveled to Egypt and joined Victoria College in Alexandria, Where he spent 4 Years.
- He come back to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and enrolled in model school «Al-Thaghr Al-Namouthajiya» in Jeddah
- He joined the armed forces for eight months when he has 17 years old.
- In 1965, he complete the secondary education in USA.
- He joined the American University – Menlo-Park in California and he obtained his degree in the Administrative Science in 1972.

- Coordination and monitoring Director of the Ministry of Health
- Was one of the participants in the constitution of the first electric cable company.
- He receive the Knight Necklace – First Class from the King of Malesia.
- He receive the Medal «Al-Haram Al-Sharif» of the deceased King Khalid Bin Abdulaziz.
- He participated in conferences on topics related with the Health and environment, in:
- Harvard University, USA
- Johns Hopkins
- American University of Beiroute
- Deputy Governor of the Makkah region from the date 30/07/1976 until 27/05/1979.
- Vice-Emir of the Makkah region from the date of 27/05/1979.
- (His term are extended for several two years from the date of 30/07/1995 by the Royal order nº 1/76 of 26/07/1995, and after was again extended by the Royal order issued on the 09/06/1977)
- He was designated, Emir of the Hail region by the Decree-Law nº. A/206, date of 24/11/1999 – a post equivalent to the Minister.
- President of the High Authority for the development of the Hail region, created in 28/04/2002.
- 2016, Special advisor for the Guardian of the two sacred mosques.
