In 1965, he complete the secondary education in USA. He joined the American University – Menlo-Park in California and he obtained his degree in the Administrative Science in 1972. Coordination and monitoring Director of the Ministry of Health Was one of the participants in the constitution of the first electric cable company. He receive the Knight Necklace – First Class from the King of Malesia. He receive the Medal «Al-Haram Al-Sharif» of the deceased King Khalid Bin Abdulaziz. He participated in conferences on topics related with the Health and environment, in: Harvard University, USA Johns Hopkins American University of Beiroute Deputy Governor of the Makkah region from the date 30/07/1976 until 27/05/1979.
